I think when it comes to the color loss, you just need to give it more sunlight.
@CultivatedRose okay that's what i thought too but i was afraid of getting too much sun as well~ maybe ill get him closer to my plants with grow lights :))
Hehe hopefully that does the trick! Man, I’m still learning so much myself πŸ€—πŸ˜…πŸ€“
You need to move it to a sunnier spot, like a south-facing windowsill. If you can’t, then get a grow light (a lamp made for plants)
This happened to mine as well! I found that the one time I watered it after week of having it was too soon and I had not given it enough light. So since I’ve had it about a month and a half I haven’t watered it again and it’s been in a south window with some direct light and the pink is coming back!

Mine turned green too. I placed it on a southern windowsill and there it stays. Saw this video that said when you lose color...it takes 2 times as long to get it back. Long story short...with DIRECT sunlight 365 days a year...and plenty of water (I even fill the "cup" on top with water).
When I've accidentally let them dry out...I just soak them and beg their forgiveness. πŸ˜‰

BTW...crispy leaf tips shouldn't alarm you at all. It's probably related to drying out (NOT SUN). Gives our beauties character 😍
