Is my mini rose plant dead?

I got this mini rose plant about 6 weeks ago, it was thriving and then the weather changed and it got cold. It is by my patio door so I am assuming the plant got too cold with the door opening. Is there anything I can do to save it?? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance! #help #helpneeded

I woukd trim off dead branches, make sure dirt is moist and allow ut to get some sunlight! Mine has grown so much since I moved it into sunlight.

It will definitely grow back even if you think it's done for . I literally just watched an over watered mini rose plant come back from the death. No leaves, no roses, and then all of a sudden, it was growing back beautiful.. they are like a tree, so they will grow back even if nothing is there at all, and it gets brown and dried.
