Help! Ghost plant rot?

A few days ago I made a post when I noticed some brown, peeling spots on my Ghost plant and now I’ve also seen that there’s this hole looking spot? Someone’s suggested I use neem oil before I noticed the part on the stem which i’ve done since receiving the comments but I’m pretty worried now. This is my first time dealing with succulents and the issues that come, what is this? And this is all the same area with different angles #help #NewPlantMom #GhostPlant
3” pot with drainage
Last watered 1 year ago
By the way the little black parts aren’t bugs it’s just soil I forgot to dust off!
Maybe edema?
This does not look like ghost plant. It looks like Crassula Lactea
@vvvelo Ah thank you! I kept thinking it didn’t look like a ghost plant but the “plant identification” only gave me that option 😂 Any clue what’s wrong with it?
@LikelyDaboecia Brown spots on Crassula leaves can be caused by a number of factors, including overwatering, sunburn, fungal and bacterial infections, and poor drainage.
looks like potential scarring or fungus to me. If you've been using neem oil, if it was fungus, it's dead now.
