If it is a bug please help figure out what kind. It's been happy tons of new growth. 4 just opened and it already has 3 new growing. I'm just concerned about the damage. I included damage spots and maybe dirt maybe a bug? I just wiped the whole plant down on tues and didn't find/see anything.

Second photo with a swab, and third photo the leaf on the top left: it looks like a bug, an aphid. Fourth photo: some physical damage, nothing to worry about.
Remove physically as many aphids as you can see. Spray both sides of every leaf and stems with a good quality Neem Oil Spray (it's natural and organic). Repeat every 7 days 3 times, to kill the bugs. Then spray with the Neem Oil Spray every fortnight as prevention.
