@WinBlue92 hi! 👋 I have a croton Petra just like this! The leaves will loose their vibrant color if it it’s not getting enough light. I had mine outside in the summer and it was fine but when I moved it inside for the winter it started to not be so happy. I moved it to a south facing window and it gets some direct sun throughout the day. That has really helped! Can you move your plant close to a bright window? Keep in mind it will dry out fast! Don’t let it get to awful dry. Water it when the soil feels dry but before all the leaves wilt!

Switching to a pot with good drainage should help, hopefully.
Check for root rot when you lift her out of the pot. @nellz4estfairyz is spot on about getting good light.
