@AlertMoneytree like @MamaLinne I too am wondering if this plant gets any light in front of it. Monsteras are tree climbers, so they don’t often have sunshine directly above them, because the tree is overhead and on their back, and I see there are quite a few leaves in shadow. If you can get several more grow lights and aim them at the leaves themselves, I bet they would perk up!
