Hi, Harish- I just saw your other post. You can make a pebble try to put under your plant- a shallow dish with pebbles in the with water at the bottom. The pebbles help the plant to not sit directly in the water.
You'll want the dish to be a bit wider in diameter than your plant to work well.
A humidity dome might help, too.
