Hi Jusy! It’s such a pretty plant! I mix my own soil, and I used a cactus/succulent mix I get from Home Depot and I add a little coco coir, orchid bark and a little perlite. Soil in plants from stores are usually the kind that holds water as a lot don’t have water people or not enough people to water regularly. I change every plant pot and soil when I buy, as soon as I get it home. I hope this helps.
Thanks for the reply. It appears what they used was a basic soil and it was pretty wet. I have cactus/succulent mix and perlite. I might even have some orchard bark left. I wonder if I can pull a little coco coir from a planter I have outside. The birds kind of shredded it for me. They must use it for their nests! Thanks again
