Unfortunately, this one looks like compost bin might be in order. You could trim it back and put it in a sunny spot and hope it sends up some new growth? Just donβt water it or the roots would surely rot.
In Florida, we had several nights in the mid 20s, and my candleabra aloe in the yard looks similar. But I checked the crown, and that was still stiff, not soggy and translucent, so I still have hope. Trim off anything really mushy feeling. Watch for fungus or bugs.
