If you have an animal the plant could’ve gotten an infection from them chewing on leaves (i only say this because of the shredded looking leaves). It could also have to do with the pot size/ and watering. I would check the root system and make sure it’s not root rot/over growing the pot.

@grasshopper you should trim off the bad leaves and test the moisture of the soil before watering
