The stems are drying out the leaves seems okay. Advice?

def needs some draining holes and when stems turn a silveryish color it means it’s time to water cut off any dead roots with some clean sanitized scissors(dirty ones can cause infection) don’t worry about cutting roots they will grow back!! don’t have moss in your orchid only orchid bark keep in indirect light
