Dropping leaves

My Heather plant is forever shedding its little flowers and leaves. Not really sure how to help it or if this is normal?

When is the last time you repotted it ?

@Haidyn it was just gifted to us a month or so ago, so I’ve never repotted it

Okay take it out of its pot and look at its roots and if you can see it put it in a bigger pot but make sure not to big of a pot
