Poor little guy

He’s not able to grow more than one leaf before the oldest leaf starts turning brown. There isn’t drainage in this pot but I wait until the top inch is dry between waterings. Any recommendations on food or other soils I could try to help this new green shoot? #singhamora #help #TropicalPlants

I would definitely put him in a pot with drainage holes or drill some holes in what he is in. Even if the top part is dry, his feet could still be wet and cause root rot.

Yeah I moved him to a pot with drainage and luckily his roots are healthy and actually deeper than I thought. I added some of that red mulchy kind of soil to the bottom as well so that the roots can aerate from being trapped in that pot too. Thanks!
