Well there are different varieties of torch cacti. The biggest can grow up to 30 feet tall.
Your specific kind will not grow that big. Trichocereus grandiflorus, which is what yours looks like will top out at 2 feet tall and 12 inches wide.
It's in the Trichocereus species and is a hybrid.
