Baby rubber plant prop

Hi all! I was wondering if anyone knows how long the roots need to be for me to plant this guy? I’m not asking to do it now just looking for a general target length.
The roots need to be 1-2 inches long
@buzzie thank you! I’m fairly new to propagating anything so this is definitely a learning experience. But super glad this little guy is rooting. Thanks again!
Oh you’re more than welcome. And his roots are nice and white very healthy looking.
I’ve heard anywhere from 1-3 inches
@ChirpyBelleblue I found this article step by step if you need extra help https://www.joyusgarden.com/baby-rubber-plant-propagation-pruning/
@buzzie He looks pretty happy up top too, there’s new growth on it. I just potted my first two ever unrooted cuttings today and I’m so proud! It was two begonia maculatas. This is one of them.
@JackHenrysMom thank you! I love how helpful folks here are. Plant people are awesome!
@ChirpyBelleblue oh wow so beautiful. I love polka dot Begonia’s. Definitely on my wish lists.
@buzzie same and I couldn’t find a mature plant that was in the wheelhouse of what I could afford. So I found a woman selling unrooted cuttings for $5 each and bought two on a whim and a prayer. Took about six weeks to get them to root to the point of potting yesterday.
