Whats wrong with my dieffenbachia?

Its got these yellow and brown spots on its leaves even new ones, should i be worried? #help #Dieffenbachia

Hi! I would look at its roots. In my opinion that may be the beginning of root rot which comes from them being too wet too often. Give it fresh dry soil and consider spraying the roots with either hydrogen peroxide peroxide or cinnamon. Roots should be white or yellow, firm to the touch, and have a fresh smell. If they smell rotten or are squishy and brown, I’d trim off the dead. πŸŒ±β˜€οΈβ€οΈ

@Zeeplams have done! I pruned the leaves that were all infected mostly, hoping he recovers quick LOL thankyou ^^

@xiao yay! Great job. That means it’s not serious yet. Unfortunately, those damaged leaves will never heal so don’t worry about those, but all of the new growth should look absolutely perfect! We are here if you ever need more help :-)

Thank you for the info. I’m having a similar problem with Nick. I’ll check the roots and be more careful on how much I water it.
