Emily is seeking to be struggling a little. I repotted her to a larger pot a couple weeks ago because she seemed to be growing unhappy and she hasnβt recovered. How can I help?!

Itβs hard to say for sure but I think I see fine webbing here? If so, this indicates a spider mite issue which is pretty common with Alocasia plants! Iβm not sure if the dusty/tan appearance is normal for this plant, but itβs also leading me to think thereβs a pest issue. Spider mites will cause yellowing of the edges of the leaf which I also see! If you suspect this is a pest issue, Iβve also included a recipe for at home pesticide that will help immensely!
@elisenavidad OMG YES!!! This is my first time with this. I donβt have all of those ingredients, but I did wash her with peroxide and Dawn π¬π«£
@SamBaines perfect!! The dawn dish soap should help suffocate the spider mites & their eggs. You may have to reapply this a few times!
@elisenavidad so I made a concoction of dawn, peroxide, neem oil and water. Let it sit a few minutes and rinsed ππ»
@SamBaines yay!! Hopefully that will do the trick. You may have to reapply a few times to ensure youβve fully eradicated them!
