I thought it was a goner! I have never had any luck with Calthea ‘s NEVER! This one was so beautiful when I got it. It only took about a month for all the leaves to brown and die. I sort of pushed it to the back of the bottom shelf in the greenhouse, and I didn’t worry about, knowing my it wasn’t gonna make it! I pulled it out today and found it trying really hard for me! I don’t know what I do wrong, but this is plant that I can care for! Do you have one that no matter how many times u try u just can’t figure it out? Enjoy the rest of ur Sunday! 🪴🌿🌸

For me, it’s syngoniums for some reason! Although maybe that’s a big generalization, because I’ve only ever had this one singular syngonium, so who knows?? All I know is he puts up with me 🤣

@DreamMachine my knee has done wonderfully! It will take about a year for me to forget it’s new, but I’m doing terrific! It is amazing what we take for granted on a regular basis! I’m very grateful for my new knee! I don’t know what to do about those babies I guess I will just ignore them!🤣 if I do anything else, they won’t make it 🤣🪴🌿
@Ponytailmom that’s primarily what I’ve found with all of my calatheas…they don’t want to be fussed over, they like hanging out with their friends (other calatheas or tropical plants, so they have their little microclimate), and they like rainwater or distilled. I think of mine as a group of pretty, clique-y, teenagers 😂😂
