Ok folks, what is happening with my palm tree? The browning of the leaf tips started pretty aggressively last week. Not sure why. Over or under watering? It definitely wasn’t too much sun because I had it in a bright corner of my bedroom that couldn’t get direct light. What gives?

Looks like a watering problem. When watering it is a good idea to bottom water. Just make sure the soil is saturated. Looks like there might also be spider mites. Clean the leaves off.
Both sides with a wet sponge or rag. Hose/spray the whole thing down. Let it dry out to where the top 3 inches or so are dry and repeat.
Some all purpose fertilizer mixed to the package instructions about 30 minutes after you water. You can also trim the brown edges off. It will look better as soon as you do.
