Hey hey, so my money tree is struggling with gnats & no matter what “fix” or solution I use, she still is having the issue & it’s starting to bug (🤣) me.

Any advice? #gnatssuck
Mosquito dunk tea is what I use
I use the happy happy plant gnat death drops. I haven’t had fungus gnats in over a year.
70% isopropyl alcohol sprayed directly on the plant and soil. I've tried it, it works!
@monyca2782 @RootdSoulaan I agree with Monica- I love this product. Also, allow your soil to dry out between waterings. Gnats lay their eggs in the first couple of inches of soil, so if it’s staying too moist, they thrive.
@RootdSoulaan Whatever you use it’s important to stay consistent in using the product. Personally I use neem oil to wipe leaves and in your case trunk and do that two to three times per week. You’ll also want to get some sticky traps for the adults flying around. The sticky traps and all products mentioned can be found on Amazon. The most important thing you can do is stay consistent in treating with proper care they’ll be gone in two weeks or less . Oh and don’t forget to move the plant away from any other plants that could also be affected . Good luck 🍀
My preference is to let the soil dry completely as @MamaLinne said, and to lay the sticky traps flat on top of the pot covering as much of the soil as you can right up to the stem of the plant 👍🏻 You’ll be surprised how many you catch in short order! They’re annoying for sure, but thankfully they don’t typically do much damage 🪴
@RootdSoulaan Hi Lady, fungus gnats are primarily an overwatering problem. I went through all the things @8elephantsdance @monyca2782 said before I just stopped overwatering. Let your plants dry out all the way. It’s better for them than to be constantly wet. As your plants dry out, the fungus gnats will go away.
