Growing avocado from the frutit seed I ate today .
Planted it today 9 january less goo 🥑 ❤️

That’s exciting! Although that’s an awfully large pot for the seed. If you don’t have a smaller pot just be careful to not let the soil get too wet or compacted. Once it gets going you can always move it to a bigger pot. I’m wondering if you have the right side pointing up. The exposed part looks rather flat. You want the pointier top part up ⬆️ with the flat part in the soil. Go on line for pics of avocado pits, here’s a drawing I found. Happy growing!!! 🌱 🪴
I’ve grown a few plants from seeds and have always started them in water until roots are established. Then plant in soil (smaller pot than the one shown). Check out online how to posts for best method. Good luck!
Yes it's pointed part only flat is down it was little sharp so it's up and the plain down as it's covered with soil so yeah thank you for giving tip also yes it's my first time so didn't know the pot alsooo but now I have planted I guess I can't do anything less see what happens I live in dorm college..
