I just relocated to the east coast from west coast and I’m rebuilding my plant hoard.
I got these babies from Lowe’s and I’d like them to grow as big and healthy as possible.
Currently they’re still in the store pot, 6in, when should I repot them? I’ve never been confident on repotting plants.

You probably should repot them, I just got a plant from Walmart and while at first she was growing really well, her roots were crowded and the soil was dry and crumbly.
You can use regular potting soil and a slighter larger pot, I wouldn't recommend the plastic pots they usually come in so try to find something sturdier. After repotting, give them a little water.
