Cracking and brown spots on hot pepper leaves
Hi all. I have a Question. I have 4 Trinidad Scorpion and 2 Carolina Reaper hot pepper. I watered them once a week with Miracle Grow fertilizer for a month and they grew like crazy. Then it developed oedema because of too much water. Then I learned that I have to water every 9th days. Now it is the 7th day and I discovered the leaves edges are cracking and has brown spots. Maybe the edge is curling a bit. The leaves also have light green spots. So I am not sure am I underwatering it or fungus or what is it? No bugs gnats aphids and pests on them. New leaves are intact, still growing quick and looks healthy. humidity is about 20-25%. I am in high desert, south facing placement with at least 10 hour sun a day. I used Vigoro all purpose potting soil mixed with Sungro Black Gold Natural & Organic potting soil. #hotpepper #carolina #scorpion

Yes there are a lot of new leaves and sprouts on all of them and it grows almost double in a month so I am not sure. Maybe I need to get back to weekly water or so. Carolina Reaper shows less symptoms but all Scorpion has the same as I described earlier. The soil is dry, it cracks from the side of the pot. So you think these are underwatering signs?
