Excited new orchid club member 🤩
Joined an orchid club this week, they had an auction and I won all these beauties for $50aud ($34usd) 🤩 There’s a bromeliad, begonia, cymbidium orchid, dendrobium orchid, 3 different Sarcochilus orchids and a cyclamen (oh and even bamboo support sticks!) @MotherOfOrchids Thanks! I’m from London so I know what you mean 😆 To be honest these plants would go for more here but the auction was completely unreal! Most of the members are over 60 and probably own most of the orchids there already (or are not interested) only about 4 orchids went for a higher price ($35aud-$78aud) which is still ridiculously cheap. I really advise trying to find a local orchid club and see what’s happening. I never did when I lived in the uk which I regret now. 😄
