Finally: It's bellina time. And time for a (mini) quick orchid update. Which have been a bit more rate because a) the hoyas are always pushing them aside and b) I've been a bit mad at them because there had been an infection going around, which even managed to kill one of my treasured phal.schillerianas. still mad about that. But: just in time that her far removed progeny (the Love Potion, the darker blooms) is done with its bloom and I was afraid I would lose my delicious "day fragrance" (i.e. fragrance produced by one of my orchids) for a while, the bellina has opened. I only noticed it after work, in the evening, so no fragrance as of yet (apart from the caramel and floral scents the hoyas are enveloping me with according to our agreed upon schedule). but boy, I'm looking forward towards spending time in tomorrow's freshly perfumed living-room.😊 #orchidlovers #phalaenopsisorchid #plantsmakepeoplehappy
