On another note, look at this MASSIVE greenhouse they built for our horticulture department!! 😱😱😱😍😍
Schools have so much these days. High school in the 90s we didn't have any of this. You could play sports, join the band or be a cheerleader. I wasn't interested in any of that.
I graduated in '07 and we actually had way more options than there are at my school now. Granted, I was in a different district (I grew up in the snobby stuck up rich suburb of Oklahoma City, and yeah, I'm allowed to say that because I was born and raised here πŸ˜‚). We had show choir and orchestra (alongside regular choir and band), our ag department was off-site and HUGE, and the kids actually got to participate in 4H and shows and stuff. Our foreign language department had the standard Spanish and German, but also Latin, French, Japanese, Arabic, and a few others I can't remember off the top of my head. Our art department had so many more classesβ€”black and white film photography, 3D Design, pottery, to name a few. Every year we staged a Broadway level musical with massive sets and wardrobes. My senior prom was at a country club ffs πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ I could probably go on LOL But alas, I digress.
I need one from my plants lol οΏΌ
My town is so old and the county doesn’t really care to add a community center or pave half of our roads
