What is wrong? Been growing like wildfire.. the leaves are turning color

It could be root bound but I'm not sure, the only way to check is from repotting.

It could also not be getting enough sunlight to support such a large plant but I think it's more on the root bound side if the leaves are turning yellow

Thanks, repotting will be a challenge - larger pot or I need to remove some of the roots

Green vigorous growth then growth slow leaves turn yellow ??? Classic nitrogen deficiency. Brown tips or edges =root bound or root touching sides of pot. Mine literally has like 50 roots out of the very top so roots I wouldn’t think would be an issue surprisingly bc well they just grow everywhere look at this

I think I would still give it a 2” bigger pot or possibly just amend the soil. And I’m not sure the exact ratio but per foot of growing up space counts as a certain amount of inches of pot size so less soil is necessary. But nutrients is not. 511 fish fertilizer or a few hand full of earth worm castings could/would be beneficial
