I just bought this beauty and I’m not sure why she looks so droopy? This is how I found her on the clearance section at Lowe’s

Probably due to overwatering. Commercial soil tends to be very moisture retaining, that's probably why she was on the clearance rack to begin with. I'd get her out of that soil and into some fresh asap. They also get some transplant shock, so it might look worse before it looks better.
