My neighbors grape vine is so long and they said that the half that is in my yard it is mine but I do not know how to get it to grow any tips?

You can only affect its growth if the roots are in your side. Otherwise it's pointless. You can try taking some cuttings to try propagating to get a new plant, but expect a couple years before it bears good fruit

Thanks,it all ready has grapes 🍇 but that sounds good 👍
