That's a great find! It'll love a sunny window sill and it'll love to hang out in its pot for a while. The soil in that pot is probably a succulent mix and it'll be fast draining.
In the wild, in South Africa, they are used to a presictiable rainfall so when the soil is really dry, give it a good water, let the water drain through the bottom, and put it back in the sun to let the drying out commence!
With proper care, it should have little pink flowers!!
