This is my Begonia. It is doing great, but is huge and grows crazy fast. Is there something I should be doing to control its shape or speed of growth. It just is wild.

Prune prune prune! 😜 That's the only way to control its growth and maintain the shape you want. Pruning is good for the plant, as long as you don't go too crazy (don't remove more than 30% of the plant at one time, which can cause it to go into shock).
