Squishy, yellow, icky looking leaves that fall off easily are a sign of overwatering. I also see a little bit of mildew? Succulents go weeks without water, so you need to dial back how often youโre watering it. Donโt get water on the leaves either, this is what can cause the mildew on weird spots on top of the leaves.
Be sure your pot has drain holes and the soil is a gritty, good draining soil. A good soil is sometimes all you need to fix this, something made for succulents and cacti with perlite and other gritty materials is best.
Succulents need their soil to dry out completely before they get water again. Many succulents also show signs of needing water by wrinkling slightly. When you water, water it deeply until water pours out the drain holes, and then tilt the pot a few times, give it a gentle shake, anything you can to get any excess water out.
Some people like to put it on top of a paper towel after watering to soak up a little extra water!!
