My plant has some new growth, small fresh roots are growing but these 2leaves are just sitting around. Should I trim those off or? #helpneeded

Those leaves are still photosynthesizing and gathering food for the plant to have the energy to make that new growth. Only need removing if they are completely brown and crispy and practically fall off at a touch, or if they’re diseased, or are infested. They look fine to me, so I would say to keep them on ☺️
