1 month ago saved this beautiful one , got her on April 18th , see all her progress in 1 month. And a new leaf 🍃 is finally coming 🙌 😍, #orchidlovers #phalaenopsisorchid

I did couple of things, I cleaned her root system ( with 3% hydrogen peroxide) and trimmed it. Use my own soil mix , i added Sphagnum moss, pine bark, perlite, LACA, and coco chips. 2-2-2 fertilizer every 2 wks, and Triple Phosphate 0-46-0 Fertilizer ones so far ( planning on doing it every 6 wk ). Irrigation ones a week since I live on a Desert zone, and she is under a full spectrum growth light. I also use a mist hair spray bottle and spray her at least twice per week between irrigation days (always making sure that the crown is dry). I also made sure she is with other orchids. And believe it or not but I play music for them at least one hr per day. And I gave her a fungicide treatment when I brought her from the store just to be safe. I like the cooper fungicide. On the same manner you can see she is on a plastic pot with several holes so she can breath better through her roots. I think thats all , plus cutting the floral stalk as soon as she gor her so she uses her energy in getting better. Best wishes , please tell me if any of this may be useful for you too. 😉
