I just got a #moneytree and she has holes on some of her leaves. What could have caused this to happen?

Hi Yana, it looks like insects have been having a snack on your plant. If I can suggest inspect it carefully and , by hand, pick off the insects. Then purchase some Neem oil. That will act as a preventive.
