New to succulents, can anyone help with ghost plant?
I just received this ghost plant and i am new to succulents. I potted in succulent mix. Can anyone tell me what I need to do for this plant? I can’t imagine whatever is on it is normal. Thank you for your advice!

@WittyParaderose the plant actually looks like a sunburst aeonium. And it could be Sun scarring or fungus.
@ahendersonn this is why I need this group! The app identified it! I’ll make the change. It is under a grow light set to 8 hours. I’ll decrease the time
@ahendersonn no, it just appeared. I think I may have put the grow light on for too long. I moved it and decreased the time. It’s a new plant, so I’m babying into real sunlight
