Unfortunately I had to say goodbye to not one but 2 of my Echeveria💔this week. I kinda have the feeling I overwatered which lead to their decline😭these were the first succulents I’d bought so I keep telling myself I’m still learning but it’s definitely heartbreaking losing them #SadPlantDay #Echeveria #sadplantparent
6” pot with drainage
Last watered 1 year ago
So sorry 😢 I’m sad 4 you!
I’m so sorry! That’s so sad. 😢
@Plntlvr @TruthfulApricot thank you🥹
So sorry for your loss🙏🏾❤️‍🩹💔 Pets and plants are becoming my life so I understand it’s hard to say goodbye. I recently purchased my first two succulents and the app indicated they only needed to be watered maybe every 10 days; they also recommended a lot of sunlight. I’ve seen a few comments about using a skewer or a moisture meter to check the soil. I think I’ll invest in a moisture meter
@ValleyOfErlease aw thank you!!🥹it was definitely difficult seeing this plant baby slowly die out especially it being my first succulent. I’m a bit heavy handed when it comes to watering😅and the moisture meter has been soo helpful, it totally comes in handy!
@Charli3Plant they low key self distruct even tho we care for them so much huh lol hopefully the 4th one’s a charm🤞🏻for you, I’m honestly debating getting another.
