This is my Arizona Rainbow cactus. I got it from Walmart ...

This is my Arizona Rainbow cactus. I got it from Walmart and it had one of those fake flowers that was hot glued to the top of it. When it started to grow off to the side and slightly fall off, I gently pulled the rest off. It seemed to keep growing after that but as of late has seemed to halt in growth. I was just hoping to get some options on if it still looks healthy as this is my first little cactus and I wanna be a good cacti 🌵 mom 😊. I did just transplant recently in hopes of that helping.
