I would say Pearl and Jade based off that comparison website.
There’s a mix of pointy and round leaves on your plant, so that doesn’t really point either which way
Your plant has a lot of green freckles in the variegated parts which does make me lean towards P+J slightly
And I can’t speak to growth rate so 😅
Are the care instructions similar for both? Because if they are then I don’t think it’s a major issue either way, but I know the frustration of taking care of some mystery plant!!
Hope you get confirmation soon!

Here's what i found on r/pothos on Reddit:
The most obvious difference is in the variegation. They both have white and green variegation, but Pearls and Jade has a slightly more dusty/grayish green (a little like cebu blue), and will have green speckling on the white sections and green speckling on the green sections. N'Joy will tend to only have green speckling on the white sections, and no speckling on the green sections. The green sections are also a brighter color, like you see on golden pothos.
Pearls and Jade also have more elongated leaves, that will usually look a little crinkled when they're full size. N'Joy tends to have arrow-shaped leaves with wavy edges, but a pretty smooth appearance.

@theloveofplants I know!! I went through this. Pearls and jade has oblong leaves and the colors are a mixture of dark green, light green and creamy white. Sometimes they can have speckles.
N’joy have more round leaves. Theirs are smaller than the pearls and jade. Their leaves tend to be solid white and green on crinkled leaves. N’joy is fussier than a pearls and jade. I used to have photos of both but my this is a pearls n jade. I’m looking for my n’joy photo.

Thank you all for your insight! From what you all are saying the evidence is clear that this is indeed a peals and jade pothos. All of you had such great insight and knowledge about why! Thank you for your help! Now to add an N’Joy pothos to my wishlist 😬
