Need advice for my philodendron's health

Hii everyone, here in Holland we've got a website were u can order plants online, not just normal plants but also a box which saves some little ones from the garbage bin, so a really nice initiative I think! So I thought let's try to save some 🌿 and order a box 😎. There were some really nice ones in there BUT also some that I really don't know what to do with... I'm really new at this so I could use some advise, again....

What to do whit this one? What's the problem? I thought maybe some overwatering, but how can I fix it?

Wow it actually looks pretty good.
If you do suspect overwatering you place it on top of paper to help pull some water out
Or if want to check the roots repot in dry soil and clean the roots with hydrogen peroxide.

@Vinxy2 the overal condition is pretty good but the leaves are all yellow I thought this plant should be a darker green? I'm gonna put it on some paper to dry a little, thanks for the tip!

It could probably use some earth worm casting for fertilizer too. That should help darken up the leaves.
Also it could of been in too bright a spot & made it fade.
