I’m in love with my hens and chicks. Had to put rocks in the pot to keep toads from digging into the soil.

This is not hens and chicks, it’s some echeveria. Hens and chicks have a different flower type. Anyway, this planter is gorgeous! I love the texture contrast btw rocks and succulent leaves

Pretty! But I don't think those are hens & chicks (Sempervivum)...they look like Echeveria ☺️

lol well thanks for the correction. I am no expert by any means so I rely on apps to identify my plants sometimes. I am aware that the apps make mistakes. I will research the echeveria now. ❤️

@HotTexasH3at oh they are very easy to confuse, especially when they are small:) I love both sempervivums and echeverias, have several big planters full of them
