Why is my 'Black Mini' dying?

I don’t get it! I’ve been watering it like Greg said, maybe one or two times by myself, and it’s dying! I moved her away from the window, she was browning and loosing leaves, then I moved her to the window, and she became this! What am I doing wrong?

Omg 😳 I have bad experiences with Hens n chicks. I said NO MORE! This is a weird succulent. It’s been sitting in my pot for several months without roots. And eventually died. So NO more! I am sorry but Your plant seems dead. Probably it had damaged root and eventually died.

Happened to me also.. usually over watering. So I have a new one which I'm afraid to water 😅
Looks like the same pot as mine. Greg recommends about 20ml water only on a span of 2 weeks
