Hello,๐ŸŒฟ I wanted to share an update on my ficus tree.

The middle photo is when I first brought her home, and she was thriving for several weeks. On July 25, I fertilized and watered her, and I think I accidentally overwatered her. Soon after, she started drooping.

I repotted her on July 29 to help the soil dry out and improve the root conditions. The first photo is what she looks like now.

She still has new growth, so Iโ€™m hopeful, but her trunk has become wrinkled and doesnโ€™t feel as firm as when I first got her. Her leaves are still drooping, and the base doesnโ€™t look as healthy.

Iโ€™d really appreciate any advice or tips from those experienced with ficus bonsai. Thank you! ๐Ÿ’š #HappyPlants #FicusGinseng
@FamedGymealily I know you have bonsai Kristopher! ๐Ÿ˜„ any advice here for Adi @PiousLantana32 ?
Personally I would remove it from from the soil. after losing soo many money trees to the gimmick that they are. They are notorious for getting soft and rotting.. iโ€™m not sure about this specific tree, but soft trunk means rotting roots.
Iโ€™m workin on bonsai stuff as well ๏ฟผ๏ฟผ
