Is my #duncecap in #flowerhour or #pupdate?

Okay I think this is the last one, this one's reaaaally overdue. Anyone remember the #duncecap that I couldn't decided if it was flowers or pups?

Well it's been at least month so you'd think I'd have #pupdates but I'm actually more confused? Is this flowerhour">#flowerhour? I feel like if they were flowers they would have bloomed already but they're looking less and less like pups??
