What is wrong with my spider plant? It is a dull green...still gets babies though.

It’s putting all its energy into producing babies, so the leaves are looking a bit dull. You can trying giving it a half dose of fertilizer to see if it helps perk it up.
If it has roots coming from the bottom of the pot, you might want to consider moving one pot size up. Skip fertilizer if you plan to repot.
