@debbiedo I think she and her relatives have been around my garden for a couple of years, hopefully snacking on unwanted bugs!

@debbiedo that one is a Japanese Mountain Hydrangea “crimson”, native to Nagano area. I picked it up at a bonsai market a year ago.
