Got my three succulents about a week ago and the two by the window are looking a little different. The one on the left is starting to curl up, almost and not be as laid out as it was and on the right has some yellow leaves at the bottom? Anything you think I’m doing wrong or something I can do that can fix that???????

the one on the left is curling because it's getting thirsty. i can tell because 1) rosettes close up when plants are dehydrated (minimizes water loss) and 2) the leaves are just thin and wrinkling, which is always a thirst thing. the one on the right is reabsorbing leaves, which can be a normal part of growth BUT in this case it means the plant isn't getting enough light. normal reabsorption happens one leaf at a time at a pretty slow pace. when etiolation (stretching from inadequate light exposure) happens leaves get reabsorbed rapidly (sometimes multiple leaves at once, sometimes just one leaf after another in quick succession). i can also just tell it's not getting enough light because the leaves shouldn't be laying flat, there shouldn't be empty space on the stem between the leaves, it doesn't have any stress colouring, and windowsills just never provide enough light for actively growing echeverias. if you can't keep them outside you can get a grow light. you can find a lot of recommendations for lights for echeverias on reddit, i suggest looking through those to find one that fits your budget/light needs :)
The yellowing leaves at the bottom could be normal but depends on the species of succulent. Echeveria drop their bottom leaves naturally and it’s normal for them to do so. Overwatering could also be the culprit. Make sure to only water when the dirt in the pot is dry all the way through. I wouldn’t worry too much about the one curling up as in my experience it doesn’t mean much, just the plant adapting to its new environment 👍
