My Jade has recently suffered from frostbite and I had to cut her leaves off. Now she is wilting and getting a bit mushy. I watered her a week ago, any tips ?
The first photo was a week ago
Be patient, but it doesn't look good.
Yeah, as Sophie said it's all a waiting game... But she's not looking too happy 😭

Two things I would say... your pot is pretty big for a jade, they like to be REALLY snug! (Top-heavy kinda snug!) and your soil looks really dense for a succulent like a jade plant (& could well be where some of your problem lies tbh) I have mine in a REALLY chunky succulent mix, more like what you'd grow a bonsai in! Lots of grit, pumice and perlite and dash of sand into my usual coir base.

If that's straight potting mix it could be suffocating her roots a bit and holding way more moisture than she'd ideally like... I've never tried propping a bare jade stem (you can prop jade leaves REALLY easily) but the colour change is worrying. You expect all chopped stems to callous and cut tips to shrivel... but she looks like she's kinda losing the will a bit I'm afraid 😒 you may have to make your piece with this one honey.

The one upside to all this... Next jade plant you get you'll be SUPER careful about not leaving her somewhere too cold ❄️πŸ₯° We're all just learning as we go lovely, even those of us that have been at this for YEARS still make mistakes and have to figure out new problems so there's ABSOLUTELY no shame in "unaliving" a plant! We ALL do it! (I just finally had to bin three that I've been desperately trying to save, and FINALLY had to just admit defeat! πŸ˜‚)

I basically COMPLETELY ignore my Jade plant though! 🀣 and she just keeps doing her thang and getting bigger (she's almost as big as she WILL get now! They usually top out around a foot tall, maybe a little bigger, in "captivity"(my hand is in the pic for scale! Lol she's about five years old now I think) xx
100% a mix of the shock of frostbite and then being overwatered. That soil looks extremely dense, and Jade plants much prefer well draining soil, like succulent/cacti mix. It also is recommended to only water your plant sparingly after it gets frostbitten.

You can try repotting it into more suitable soil if you want to try saving it, although it may not be able to recover. Keep it in a warm, well lit area, do not water, and see if anything starts to grow back. The best chance you have is if the roots are still intact, the plant might generate new growth.
I've seen your Oasis. It says that the soil is regular. As @JenniB81 said, chunky succulent soil is PARAMOUNT for jade plants.
@JenniB81 I do agree, itd be pretty hard to save it nowβ€”not only the frostbite but also the excess water and unfitting soil, all very difficult conditions. It’s a part of being a plant owner, happens to all of us!
Your jade plant looks very pretty by the way!
I appreciate all of these helpful answers! I will be able to take better of my next one. Thank you guys 🩡
