Woke to find my final bunny ear crumbled. Yesterday it was fine and waiting for water this AM! Is there anything to be done? Two years old. TIA! #BunnyEarsCactus

It actually looks pretty healthy! They will fall over a bit if the leaf gets too heavy. If your soil feels too wet, I would pull it out of the soil and let it dry a little. Bunny ears like DRY. It may be getting too much water. My bunny ear is in direct sun in south central Texas 🔥 and I still only water every 2 - 3 weeks.
I agree with @DiverseTitoki19 that it looks nice and green! That’s good. Did that leaf break off? If so, you can let it callous over a couple of days and plunk it right back into the soil- just don’t water it for a while so it will root! You might even want to put it in its own small terra cotta. Also, what type of soil do you use? Is that rock on top? And it kind of looks like from the tall, thin nature of the “ears” that it’s not getting quite enough sun. They really do want to be in VERY bright light- like a south facing window! And I’m not sure what’s in the rest of the pot, but it might be a bit too big for this plant.
@MamaLinne yes, it got very top heavy with growth and all of that was on top of the collapsed one. It is in a terracotta pot and I made my own combo soil of cactus and perlite. Only water once per month and indirect east light. The pot is now too big as its siblings have died off and he was remaining one in the pot 😢
@BrookieWookie don’t worry! I’ve got a billion plants in various stages of thriving (or not). It’s part of the process, and we learn! I’ve probably ☠️more plants than most people will ever own! 🙀😂
I really think higher light will save her. I’m currently rescuing a bunny ears cactus and I have her on my south porch in full sun- that would have been closer to her natural habitat. (I started her out in shade and moved her closer to full sun each week). I bring my cacti in for the winter and put them under strong grow lights or right up in a south window. Currently, your gal is trying to stretch and find sun! That’s making her to tall and too heavy. She can probably stay in that pot as long as you really take care not to overwater- perfect soil though! 👌🏼
If you don’t have a good window, I would say she needs a very strong grow light- I love the sansi lights- they’re affordable and work great!

@MamaLinne thank you so much for the advice. I will look into these grow lights. And honestly do by have a great south facing window. In fact only east facing sun for my home. Make challenging natural light. I really appreciate your help and will post progress if there is any
