I can’t see anything wrong. It may just be due to the winter months it’s not looking as vibrant as it normally does. My cactus usually look a lil rough due to less watering in the winter

If you’ve had the bitter cold like my area has it could be since it’s close to the window. I’d just keep an eye on it and if it seems to gets worse do some investigating.
